Jasmine KAPPIAH
Business Analyst

Jasmine KAPPIAH is the Country Representative for NEK Umwelttechnik AG in Accra, Ghana and serves as a member of NEK’s project development and management team. NEK is currently developing a pipeline of onshore utility-scale wind parks in Ghana with an installed capacity of approximately 1000MW.

Prior to NEK, she worked with the Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN) –hosted by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), and Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) which is focused on bridging the investment gap between investors, entrepreneurs and project developers. She provided her energy expertise by means of guidance in areas such as economic feasibility, project structuring, investment and financing and business plan preparation to entrepreneurs developing climate-friendly technologies and renewable energy projects across West Africa.

She has spoken on international and regional platforms such as-The Institute for Energy Security’s Energy Manifesto Dialogue and the PFAN West Africa Investor Conference. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics, a Master’s of Science degree in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tampa in Florida, USA.
