Kwadjo Ezobafuno VIDJA is a project manager with more than 7 years of experience with expertise in a spectrum of industries including agribusiness sector, financing, manufacturing industries and climate change. He recently served as project manager in a climate research institute in Lomé from 2016 to 2021 and as project planning facilitator in a soybean oil and meal production company in Togo from 2013 to 2015 .

As a senior functional enterprise leader by essence, he is specialized in coordinating scoping missions and carrying out the configuration, leading and organizing thematic internal and external national and international workshops, conducting experimental tests, providing training and deploying implementation solutions for partner organizations in sustainable development projects.

He acquired over several years strong skills in analyzing demand-driven customer needs, prospecting new collaboration opportunities and subcontracting, coordinating technical teams, monitoring and managing operations and research partnership. Kwadjo Ezobafuno VIDJA holds three (3) professional certificates in Agroforestry from Trees for the Future, Silver Spring, Maryland, USA and in International Trade from Wade World Trade Ltd, London, UK plus additional one in International Entrepreneurship and Project Management from Planet Startup Entrepreneur Academy, Lomé, Togo. He further graduated in Business Management from Institute of Computer Science, Economy and Management (ISIEM), Niamey, Niger with a bachelor degree.
